THE DECISION:

That the minutes of the meeting held on 5 April 2016 (C.32 - C.35), previously circulated, be signed as a correct record.

The Chairman presented a cheque in the sum of £785 which had been raised during his term of office in support of the Chairman’s Charity, the Herriot Hospice, to Amy Lingard, Community and Events Fundraiser.

The Leader made a statement in relation to the Tour de Yorkshire.  He wished to pay tribute to everybody who had been involved in organising the event which had been extremely successful and made possible by all the hard work and commitment by everybody who had took part, including Council officers, partners and members of the community.
