The subject of the decision:

This report sought consideration of a request to designate Husthwaite Parish as a neighbourhood area to enable them to proceed with formal neighbourhood plan preparation.  The letter of application was attached as Annex A to the report.  A map of the parish was attached as Annex B to the report.

None.

The reason for the decision:

Cabinet was satisfied that the legal requirements under Part 2 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 had been complied with and supported the request.

The decision:

That Cabinet approves the designation of a Neighbourhood Area for Husthwaite and that the necessary information is published.
