This report seeks consideration of the priorities for the Community Infrastructure Levy expenditure during 2021-23.

None.

 

The reason for the decision:

 

The Council is required to follow the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations as amended to ensure that the proper legal procedures continue to be adhered to.  The arrangements for the management of CIL monies may require legal mechanisms between the Council and any delivery partners.

 

The decision:

 

That Cabinet approves the allocation of the Community Infrastructure Levy funds received between April 2022 and March 2023 to:-

 

(1)      the schemes identified in paragraph 2.2 of the report; and

 

(2)      the funding be released to the priority schemes in accordance with the sums detailed within paragraph 2.2 of the report.
