To take account of the due-diligence exercise that had been undertaken before taking a final decision on the request.

THE DECISION:

That Cabinet approves and recommends to Council that:-

(1)     a loan is offered to Broadacres Housing Association based upon the terms detailed in Annex 4 of the report; and

(2)     the financing of the loan be delegated to the Director of Support Services and Deputy Chief Executive.
