This report seeks approval of the revised Sustainable Development Supplementary Planning Document and that the currently adopted Sustainable Development Supplementary Planning Document (22 September 2009) be revoked.

In accepting the recommendations, Cabinet will approve and recommend to Council that the revised Sustainable Development Supplementary Planning Document be adopted.
