This report seeks approval to enter into a funding agreement with Sport England in support of the Hambleton Leisure Centre (HLC) Project.

In accepting the recommendation, Cabinet will approve and recommend to Council the acceptance of the Sport England Grant (£213,000) and therein the conditions set out in the Lottery Fund Agreement.
