Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing Policy Report of the Licensing and Procurement Manager Minutes: The subject of the decision:
The Licensing and Procurement Manager presented a report which sought approval for the revision of the Council’s Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing Policy. A copy of the revised Policy was attached at Annex B to the report.
Alternative options considered:
None.
The reason for the decision:
The Committee was satisfied that the revised Policy took account of the Department for Transport’s new Statutory Taxi Private Hire Vehicle Standards.
The decision:
That the Committee approves and recommends to Council that the revised Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing Policy be adopted. |
