That the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 2 September 2021 (SC.10 - SC.12), previously circulated, be signed as a correct record.

Report of the Interim Director of Finance (s151 Officer)

Minutes:

The Interim Director of Finance (s151 Officer) presented a report setting out the Quarter 2 Performance for 2021/22. 

 

The Committee asked a number of questions relating to the Inspection of Food Premises; the Air Source Heat Pump project; possible house in multiple occupation at Bedale; Non-Compliance with Community Protection Notice at a property in Brompton and Flytipping.  These questions were responded to at the meeting and where further information was requested it was agreed that the Committee would be provided with this information separately.

 

The decision:

 

That progress made against the Council Plan for Quarter 2 of 2021/22, as detailed within Annex A of the report, be noted.

Report of the Interim Director of Finance (s151 Officer)

Minutes:

The Interim Director of Finance (s151 Officer) presented the quarterly monitoring report on the Corporate Risks, Corporate Project Risks and Service Risks with a net risk threshold of 12 or above affecting the Council. 

 

The Committee asked a number of questions regarding Local Government Reorganisation; staff support; Central Northallerton Redevelopment; Environmental Health Management Information System;  and the Environmental Health budget for investigating and potential remediation of contaminated sites which were responded to at the meeting.

 

The decision:

 

That the quarterly report on the Corporate Risks, Corporate Project Risks and Service Risks with a net risk threshold of 12 or above affecting the Council and the actions that are in place to mitigate the impact upon the Council of each risk be noted.
