The subject of the decision:

 

The Director of Environmental and Planning Services submitted a report seeking approval of a new Caravan Site Enforcement Policy and draft revised Caravan and Camping Site Licence Conditions.

 

Alternative options considered:

 

None.

 

The reason for the decision:

 

To comply with the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 (the 1960 Act).

 

THE DECISION:

 

That Council be recommended to adopt the Caravan and other Licensable Sites Enforcement Policy.
